How Warren Z Design Works

The timeline of events below give you an overview of what to expect when working with Warren Z Design. Because each project is unique and given special considerations, this only serves as a guide and maybe modified based on your needs.

1. Introduction and Discovery 30 minutes to one hour

Hearing and understanding your business' challenges and accomplishments, we can customize a combination of design and technology best suited for your market's needs. This can be over the phone or in person.

2. Project Estimate about one week

Within a week or so, you will receive a project estimate for the work requested. This often includes a minimum and maximum range subtracting or adding various features. Each estimate is accurate for about 90 days once delivered.

3. Design about two weeks

Custom web and print design is really where the magic happens. Your company's style and personality should ooze from the page asking your customers in and having them sit down with you while you let them know what you can do.

4. Development two weeks to two months

For web sites, the development process creates the user experience. Once we've defined all of the design aspects and functionality in the design phase, it's time to build it and make it all work. Using the latest internet standards for web authoring and data management we'll make your site hum.

5. Troubleshooting one or two weeks

It can take running a few scenarios from different computers and browsers to pinpoint every aspect of a custom web site. Testing is an important part of working all the kinks out of your particular solution.

6. Printing one or two weeks

Usually defined during the design phase, there are a range of printing services available for a multitude of products.

7. Quality Assurance one year

We'll make sure your site is working smoothly, and if for some reason it isn't, Warren Z Design will fix it, for up to one year after the launch.
